Training with a friend can be both cost-effective and rewarding. You will motivate each other as you train as a team and progress towards your goals.

Group Sessions

  • fit2box
    An authentic boxing workout designed to improve balance, strength, speed and confidence. fit2box is run in small groups, designed and run by trainers with competitive boxing experience. The sessions build technique and endurance using dual purpose pad/glove hybrids, shields, ropes, medicine balls, weights.

    Each session includes a warm up, a technique focus working in pairs, a cardio/endurance main phase working in pairs and 1 on 1 with the trainers, circuit training and a thorough warm down and stretch.
