At OC we believe in exercise for everyone. Exercise that integrates with your lifestyle and targets your fitness goals. You can trust us to deliver a fun and challenging experience every time you train. We combine recognised training methods and our own tried and tested techniques to deliver results.

Group Sessions

  • OC
    'only connect', Our philosophy is based on training the body as a unit. We work on building our neural as well as our muscular and mental strength. With a natural focus on core and stabiliser recruitment, correct technique and efficient movement.

    Sessions are varied to keep it fresh and to keep challenging our bodies. Equipment used includes kettlebells, medicine balls, ropes, bands, TRX cables, and power bags.

  • Fit2Box
    With Max's 17 years boxing experience, 5 as a competitive fighter, youÕre in good hands. Good technique and fun are the basis of this high energy, boxing based workout. ItÕs not a self-defence class, but if you saw the confidence, speed and power of our clients, you might disagree!

  • Spartan
    This is our advanced session for those wanting to push their limits. Warrior style training focusing on throws, drags, lifts and sprints. Guys must be able to safely swing, clean and snatch a 16Kg kettlebell (min 10 reps), girls as above with a 12Kg KB.

  • Fit2Run
    These sessions are designed to help you run smart, then run hard. The first 20 minutes focus on technique, using drills taken from Pose Method and Chi Running. The next 40 minutes put these into practice while building speed and endurance.

Fit2Run 1on1 Sessions

Your 60 minutes session will include muscle activation assessment and correction, video analysis to identify problems with stride length and landing and tailored drills and exercises to address these.
