How do we do this?

We take an integrated approach to exercise. Working individual muscle groups increases imbalances in the body. At OC Fitness we train your body as a complete unit. This takes a lot of focus so the mind has to come along for the ride. The result is seriously effective training, using more muscles more of the time. And the ultimate outcome is correct posture and movement in everyday life.

Paul Harwood

Paul is trained in massage, nursing, personal training and corrective exercise. He is also a committed adrenaline junkie with a passion for mountain biking and climbing. This combination of knowledge and instinct makes him uniquely qualified to deliver the OC integrated approach to exercise and health.

Max DeLacy

Max loves to run and his passion is infectious. From a barefoot childhood in Africa to the boxing ring at Oxford, our resident running man has a wealth of experience in exercise to draw from. His approach to training is innovative, rigorous and above all fun.
